D4D and SIU are proud to partner on our collaborative scholarship program.
For every scholarship D4D awards to the SIU summer intensive, SIU will match the scholarship amount 100%. This doubles the total scholarship!
Step It Up was established by professional dancers and actors in 2010. Their workshops and LA intensive are taught by elite and experienced professionals that not only show their students "the ropes" of the industry, but also how to perform and make their performances everlasting. They also focus on what it takes to be a working dancer!
SIU junior, conservatory, and senior LA intensives offer dance, acting, voice, and on -camera class for dancers. Also included are photo shoots, learning the business side of being a dancer, Q&A with industry professionals, branching out, and “Step It Up Signature Film Days” creating content that showcase their talents, get experience working on set, and help build their resume!
