Founded in 2014 by Stephanie Schiller (Shparago), MSW, LCSW, the mission of Dancing for Dancers is to connect communities, provide opportunities, and to support dancers in need.
When does the scholarship application open, and who is eligible to apply?
The scholarship application will open following our annual benefit concert. Scholarships are available to dancers residing in the United States. For detailed information on the application procedures and important dates, please visit our scholarship page.
How are scholarship recipients selected?
Scholarship recipients are selected through an application process. Applicants must demonstrate financial need, and final selections are based on the availability of funding.
When is your next show, and how can my studio get involved?
Our Annual Benefit Concert will be held in January at the College of Lake County in Grayslake, IL. Tickets are available for purchase here. If your studio would like to participate, please email us or fill out the contact form on our website.
Where do you get your funding?
Our funding is supported by proceeds from our Annual Benefit Concert, community classes, grants and donations from individuals and businesses.
How can I donate to your organization as an individual donor, and do you offer sponsorship opportunities for businesses?
